Welcome to the online store of Southwest Designs in Jewelry. We are self-taught metalsmiths and all of our jewelry is crafted with great care. We cut, stamp, hammer and polish each piece individually to ensure its quality and uniqueness. Metals are combined in some of our designs by soldering them with an acetylene torch. We also oxidize some of our pieces by submerging them in an acid solution to produce a patina finish. Natural stones, crystals and beads artistically accent our work. Living in the Sonoran desert has strongly influenced our designs and we try to incorporate its images in our work. Our jewelry is affordable and of the highest quality; we hope it will be worn in the spirit in which it was created.
